 具体淹留漏洞如下：

1.Existing number of Maritime Safety Information

这个漏洞是老毛子PSCO芜俚使用的杀手锏，便是航线狡计莫得标注隔壁的导弹、军事禁区、航警等信息。

这一招很好用，十个船能拱下八个，近期我天朝前去俄罗斯海参崴的船舶，千万要稳重这一招，盯紧二副，少花好几万！

具体来讲老毛子会这样开：Existing numbers of maritime safety information for Russia south part of Far-East region in which ship engaged the voyage not presented (Vladivostok coastal warnings, etc.).

海图莫得实时更新，其实亦然海图上莫得标注导弹或者军事禁区这些信息，这个漏洞跟上一个航线狡计是善始善终的，一鱼两吃，老毛子行云活水。

下一航次的海图及出书物莫得实时更新，应该是缺某张海图。

驾驶台二副一个东说念主的职责被搞了三个淹留项，不知说念小二副会被船主屌成什么个熊形式，怜悯了。

第三个淹留漏洞是济急消防泵故障，弗成开动，值此CIC技巧，这个也搞不好，头铁也没用。

4.Isolating valves used in the fire main line not presented in operational condition

第四个淹留漏洞是消防系统主终止阀处于关闭现象。

消防系统应处于立即可用现象，终止阀放在关闭位置当然是分袂的，然而能不不祥上淹留的罪呢？

把柄以往的警戒，燃油速闭阀如若关不上，PSCO会淹留船舶；机舱局部水雾系统，如若处于关闭现象，PSCO会淹留船舶。

目下老毛子整了一个消防终止阀关闭，淹留船舶！

不知说念公共是否接管，PSCO们是不是不错议一议？

5.Engine room bottom fuel tanks with sounding pipe only (without oil-level gauge)

第五个淹留漏洞是机舱双层底的油舱只配置了测量管，莫得配置油位计。

这个淹留老编应该也讲过，不外是N年前的事了，我们温习下。

这一条的契约依据位于：SOLAS契约II-2章的第4.2.2.3.5.1.1条，这一条条件：Where sounding pipes are used, they shall not terminate in any space where the risk of ignition of spillage from the sounding pipe might arise. In particular, they shall not terminate in passenger or crew spaces. As a general rule, they shall not terminate in machinery spaces. However, where the Administration considers that these latter requirements are impracticable, it may permit termination of sounding pipes in machinery spaces on condition that all of the following requirements are met:

.1 an oil-level gauge is provided meeting the requirements of paragraph 2.2.3.5.2;

.2 the sounding pipes terminate in locations remote from ignition hazards unless precautions are taken, such as the fitting of effective screens, to prevent the oil fuel in the case of spillage through the terminations of the sounding pipes from coming into contact with a source of ignition; and

.3 the termination of sounding pipes are fitted with self-closing blanking devices and with a small-diameter self-closing control cock located below the blanking device for the purpose of ascertaining before the blanking device is opened that oil fuel is not present. Provisions shall be made so as to ensure that any spillage of oil fuel through the control cock involves no ignition hazard.

契约条件看起来相比长，约略说便是，燃油舱的测量管弗成位于机器地点内，如若位于机器地点内，要餍足三点条件：

1.装一个平板玻璃液位计或者等效类型的，弗成用玻璃管的。

2.测量管上要装一个自闭式的旋塞，绸缪是测量的时刻，不雅察燃油舱是不是满了，介怀冒出机舱（这个旋塞损坏或者缺失，是PSCO芜俚查验的点）。

3.测量管隔壁如若有火源，还要装一个防火网。

双层底的燃油舱测量管位于机舱内，应再设一个油位计。

这个漏洞，PSCO查的挺准。

6.Ballast record book does not correspond to entries in the electronic log BWMS control panel

第六个淹留技俩是压载水纪录薄和压载水死心面板的纪录不一致。

这个亦然新趋势，今后大副作念纪录的时刻，要高度怜爱，跟油类纪录一般，两者要一致。

7.SMS Failure

第七个淹留项是保留节目，SMS体系淹留。
